By submitting an application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You also authorize us and our dealer partners to:

• Request or review your credit history

• Communicate with you by phone, email, text, or social media

• Share your application with relevant dealerships

2. Intellectual Property
   All text, logos, graphics, videos, and images on the Site are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or copy any materials without written permission.

3. User Submissions
   Any communication or content you submit to us becomes our property unless otherwise stated in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit ideas or material you wish to keep confidential or proprietary. We reserve the right to use and reproduce any submissions.

4. Acceptable Conduct
   You agree not to:

• Transmit viruses or harmful software

• Disrupt the operation of the Site

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
    You agree that any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in a class action. Arbitration will take place in British Columbia, unless deemed unreasonably burdensome.

11. Canadian Customers
    For Quebec and other applicable provinces, we will notify you in writing of material changes 30 days in advance. Your provincial laws may override certain parts of this agreement.

12. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must stop using the Site and delete any downloaded content.

13. Other Legal Terms
    These Terms represent the full agreement between you and us. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable. You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our written consent.
